Junko and I in the past 2 weeks hit up a couple of local Indian restaurants, one in LA and one in Santa Monica. The results are in and we both agree that Little India in Artesia is the real deal and worth the drive. The food is better there and you can't beat the prices. We hit Dhaba Restaurant in Santa Monica and Bombay Cafe in Los Angeles and it seemed that they were both an American twist on Indian food. Not to say that they were bad, but we just wanted the real deal closer to home. Dhaba at least had the atmosphere, but I believe that Bombay Cafe had the better cuisine(Star watch: We sat a few tables down from tv star Christa Miller of sitcom Scrubs!!!...wow!?) - PeaceSunday, July 22, 2007
